This cuvée is characterized by great softness of tannins and intense red fruit notes.Bettane et Dessauve 2019: Le Temps des Cerises 2017 15/20The domaine de La Noblaie was, a few hundred years ago, part of a polycultured complex where the land surrounding the estate was already reserved for the cultivation of vines, as shown on the Cassini map of 1765. Wine presses, cellars and vats carved out of the tufa rock bear witness to these bygone days. The ancient cultivation of vines has given its name to our hamlet: "Le Vau Breton" which, in Rabelaisian parlance, means "Valley of Cabernet Franc", the unique grape variety of Chinon's red wine.The wines of the domaine de La Noblaie are characterized by beautiful precision, soft tannins and lots of gourmandise.
