Wine presses, cellars and vats carved out of the tufa rock bear witness to these bygone days. The ancient cultivation of vines has given its name to our hamlet: "Le Vau Breton" which, in Rabelaisian parlance, means "Valley of Cabernet Franc", the unique grape variety of Chinon's red wine.The wines of the domaine de La Noblaie are characterized by beautiful precision, soft tannins and lots of gourmandise.
