On the palate, a lovely suave, round attack, powerful and concentrated, with good body, volume, well-coated tannins, dense aromas of freshness and red fruit, cherry, blackcurrant. A lovely, supple organic wine.

The chateau Haut Moulin is a very pretty Cotes de Bordeaux Blaye made from old Merlot vines. Nicely constituted, this organic wine develops on notes of red fruit (strawberry, cherry). Excellent value for money.

This organic wine develops on pear, exotic fruit; on the palate, we find the same notes as on the nose with superb density. This Chardonnay from the domaine des Homs is a superb dry white organic wine. Fruity and gourmand, it declines on notes of white and yellow fruits, keeping a beautiful balance despite its southern character. A great bargain!

This white organic wine from Château de Caraguilhes has a beautifully complex nose between white fruit and the mineral side of the wine. It develops on notes of almond blossom, white peach and apricot underlined on the second nose by light citrus scents. The palate is full and silky, with a lovely freshness. The cuvée du Clos Joubert du domaine de la Haute Févrie comes from a parcel of vines overlooking the Sèvre, with vines aged between 40 and 50 years. This great organic Muscadet is aged in barrels for 9 to 10 months. Lightly woody notes with hints of vanilla and sweet spices. Nice saline finish!
