The cuvée Blablabla du domaine Julien Auroux is developing red fruit aromas on the nose. This sulfur-free Bergerac is greedy, supple, fruity and immediate. An organic wine that crunches the fruit. Julien Auroux settled in Bergerac in 2014 with his wife Charlotte, who joined him a few years later. A terroir specialist, Julien Auroux works his soils organically and ages the wines in the cellar without wood and in a non-interventionist way.
