A straightforward, chiselled Champagne with a low dosage (1.5g): it develops citrus, fruit notes, with a slightly brioche finish. A superb Champagne!
The history of the Pertois-Moriset estate began in 1951 with the marriage of Yves Pertois and Janine Moriset, both from long-established winemaking families in the Côte des Blancs. The couple decided to establish their own estate, with the village of Mesnil-sur-Oger—one of the appellation’s four villages classified as 100% Grand Cru and considered the mineral heart of Champagne—as their family home. Today, Cécile, the founders’ granddaughter, and her husband Vincent Bauchet run this independent, family-owned estate, which harvests and processes its own grapes and vinifies and markets only its own wine.
The vineyard spans approximately 20 hectares spread across two complementary terroirs: the Côte des Blancs, where Chardonnay reigns supreme on exceptional chalky soils, and the Coteaux Sézannais, planted with 60% Pinot Noir and 40% Chardonnay. This dual location allows the house to create blends of remarkable complexity, combining the crisp minerality of Mesnil with the generous fruitiness of Pinot Noir from Sézanne.
The house, a member of the prestigious Club Trésors de Champagne, operates with respect for the environment—using pheromone traps, grass cover on old vines, and sustainable preventive pest management. The bottles rest on slats for at least 20 months, resulting in champagnes full of flavor, smoothness, and freshness.

CloseLa Colline Inspirée by Jacques Lassaigne is a blanc de blancs Champagne, made from 100% Chardonnay, sourced from the estate’s oldest vineyards on the Montgueux hillside. Fermented and aged in barrels, it offers notes of green apple, lemon, pastry, and almond, with a chalky mouthfeel and a long, briny finish.
A winemaker’s Champagne with very low dosage, best served as an aperitif or paired with oysters and fish.
CloseThe Chamapgne Blanc de Blancs from old vines has a nose that expresses citrus and tropical fruit notes, white flower notes, pine nut and toasted almond notes and mineral nuances. On the palate, it is deep, creamy, savory and pleasantly balanced.

CloseDe Sousa's Cuvée 3A is made from equal proportions of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. Vinification takes place in oak barrels, and the cuvée requires prolonged cellar aging of at least 3 years to reach full maturity. The dosage is low (less than 5g/L): it brings out the balance between the freshness and finesse of the Chardonnay on the one hand, and the roundness and power of the Pinot Noir on the other.RVF : 16/20Parker : 91/100Le Point 17.50/20
