Les Grèzes 2025 is the exclusive and highly sought-after white wine from Château du Cèdre, the undisputed benchmark of Cahors. A blend of Sauvignon Blanc (50%), Sémillon (40%), and Muscadelle (10%), sourced from 25-year-old vines planted on the limestone scree of Les Grèzes in Vire-sur-Lot. Fermented with native yeasts, without additives, aged for 8 months on fine lees in 500-liter barrels and stainless steel tanks. Citrus, fresh herbs, a round and seductive texture, and a precise, lively finish.

This cuvée Le Cèdre 2020 du Château du Cèdre has a very concentrated, opaque color. The nose exudes notes of coffee and sloe. The minty flavor so characteristic of Cahors wines is present.
