Les Grèzes 2025 is the exclusive and highly sought-after white wine from Château du Cèdre, the undisputed benchmark of Cahors. A blend of Sauvignon Blanc (50%), Sémillon (40%), and Muscadelle (10%), sourced from 25-year-old vines planted on the limestone scree of Les Grèzes in Vire-sur-Lot. Fermented with native yeasts, without additives, aged for 8 months on fine lees in 500-liter barrels and stainless steel tanks. Citrus, fresh herbs, a round and seductive texture, and a precise, lively finish.

Juveniles is a recent cuvée from château du Cèdre. This organic wine is made from the estate's young vines. It is made with the aim of enjoying a wine of immediate pleasure, on bright fruit, and with very soft tannins. A great success!

Extra Libre is a micro-cuvée from château du Cèdre. This wine is vinified without sulfur to express all the fruit of Malbec, the great Cahors grape variety. The chardonnay du Château du Cèdre is a pleasant, fruity white wine with aromas of sliced apples, lemons, spices and chalk. Mineral, medium-bodied and relatively mellow on the palate. It's subtle and balanced with a savory finish.
