Since 2014, Hélène and Guillaume Barron have been at the helm of Clos de la Barthassade, a vineyard they created in Aniane, in the heart of the Terrasses du Larzac, next to the famous Grange des Pères.Having done their range notably with Sylvain Pataille in Burgundy, this talented winemaking couple produce fresh, easy-to-digest wines, surprisingly well-balanced for the region. The Clos de la Barthassade vineyard is farmed organically, and certain tasks are governed by the biodynamic calendar.le Clos de la Barthassade currently covers 11 hectares of vines in several communes, including Montpeyroux, Jonquières and Saint-Saturnin. Everything is done here to develop life in and out of the soil." The cuvée La Bretonnière from Domaine de la Taille aux Loups comes from vines on the right bank of the Loire. For recent administrative reasons, the Vouvray AOC is no longer possible for this wine, as it is vinified in Montlouis! It is therefore presented to you as a simple Vin de France. The result is exceptional, as is often the case with Jacky Blot wines!

The cuvée H du Clos de la Barthassade is a fruity wine dominated by Syrah. This fresh cuvée should be drunk over 5 years with red meats or barbecues. The nose develops notes of black fruit and smoke, typical of Syrah. On the palate, with silky tannins, this wine is delicious and fresh. Black fruits, spices and orange peel combine to create a superb bouquet. Fresh, precise finish. Great value for money!

K Libre du Clos de la Barthassade is a great 100% Carignan wine aged 24 months in barrique and concrete egg! Aunez, the wine develops kirsch, blackcurrant and leather notes. The palate is round, velvety and red-fruited. The finish is particularly fresh, thanks to the carignan's specific acidity. A great vintage for discovering this grape variety
