This Macon-Fuissé from the domaine Cornin is a bewitching burgundy. An elegant, slightly buttery nose reveals notes of white fruit. The palate is balanced, greedy and sapid. The domaine Cornin produces some of the most elegant and prodigious Pouilly-Fuissé. Dominique, the father, and Romain, the son, converted the estate to organic in 29; since Romain took over vinification, the wines have gained in precision, elegance and minerality. From the simple Pouilly village, to Clos Reyssié, via Chevrières, all the climats on the domaine Cornin are highly recommendable. You'll fall under their spell. Beware, you'll be hooked!
