Les Cocalières rouge is a cuvée from Domaine d'Aupilhac which we particularly appreciate thanks to its great balance. Montpeyroux has a very southern feel, while Les Cocalières has that freshness and refinement that make it so charming. A magnificent cuvée in 2020 that will age for 10 years without any problem. The Grand Chaliot cuvée from Domaine Hubert Lignier is a cuvée from vines planted in 1987 south of Nuits-saint-Georges. This cuvée develops intense notes of ripe red fruit, flowers and spices. On the palate, this magnificent red Burgundy is silky, with good acidity and a long, elegant finish.

This Charme-Chambertin from the domaine Hubert Lignier comes from a 10-acre plot on lieu dit Mazoyères haut, a vineyard planted in 1948.The soil is deeper than Clos de la Roche, composed of clay-limestone, sand. The vineyard is located next to Les Combottes, south of Les Charmes Chambertin. The wines are distinguished by floral fragrances, often elegant and fine, but also retaining a power and length on the palate worthy of a rather charming Grand Cru.

The vines for this cuvée les Seuvrées du domaine Hubert Lignier were planted between 1938 and 1966. With a surface area of 1.02 hectares, this terroir lies below the Mazoyères Grands Crus and produces fleshy, subtle wines. With excellent ageing potential, it stands out as a Gevrey of character with a tender heart.
