The cuvée les Ombelles du Mas de la Seranne is a superb white Languedoc. Luscious, fruity, it keeps a nice balance to accompany an aperitif but also white meats or fish in sauce. Sunshine to drink.Le Mas de la Séranne (named after the range of hills opposite) is located in Aniane (a very old wine-producing village) 3 km N.W of Montpellier. The estate was created in 1998, out of passion. Initially, Le Mas de la Séranne covered just 5 ha. Little by little, the estate grew through the acquisition of smaller parcels. Currently, the surface area is around 16ha.The Mas de la Séranne has been organically farmed since 2012. It produces magnificent Languedoc bio and Terrasses du Larzac bio. The wines are excellent value for money and, for the most ambitious, have good ageing potential. The prices of the first vintages are very measured: these wines are excellent value for money.
