The cuvée les Ombelles du Mas de la Seranne is a superb white Languedoc. Luscious, fruity, it keeps a nice balance to accompany an aperitif but also white meats or fish in sauce. Sunshine to drink.Le Mas de la Séranne (named after the range of hills opposite) is located in Aniane (a very old wine-producing village) 3 km N.W of Montpellier. The estate was created in 1998, out of passion. Initially, Le Mas de la Séranne covered just 5 ha. Little by little, the estate grew through the acquisition of smaller parcels. Currently, the surface area is around 16ha.The Mas de la Séranne has been organically farmed since 2012. It produces magnificent Languedoc bio and Terrasses du Larzac bio. The wines are excellent value for money and, for the most ambitious, have good ageing potential. The prices of the first vintages are very measured: these wines are excellent value for money.

The Clos des Immortelles du Mas de la Seranne is a superb Terrasse du Larzac. The nose of this organic wine develops on complex notes of mocha, zan, sweet spices. The palate is full-bodied and elegant, with a fresh, licorice finish. A great wine to be enjoyed over 5 to 7 years.

Antonin et Louis du Mas de la Seranne has a complex nose with notes of leather, but also fruit (blackcurrant, blackberry) and spices (pepper, cinnamon). The palate is fleshy and elegant. The tannins of this great Languedoc organic wine are harmonious and supple, supported by a long, fresh, mentholated finish. Magnificent bottle

CloseLe Clos des Immortelles 2024 is the signature wine of Mas de la Séranne since its inception over 20 years ago — "a superb Terrasses du Larzac, quite a journey."
Purple-red color with violet highlights. Complex nose of mocha, licorice, sweet spices, thyme, white pepper, and blackcurrant. Opulent, full-bodied, and fresh on the palate, with chocolate notes, a hint of spice, silky tannins, and excellent length. Serve at 18°C; decant before tasting.
Syrah 25%, Cinsault 25%, Mourvèdre 25%, Grenache 10%, Morrastel 10%, Carignan 5%. Old terraces of the Hérault, vines backed by garrigue (immortelle flowers in May). Organic, traditional fermentation and long maceration, aged for 13 months in Allier and Centre oak barrels (1 to 3 wines).
Aging potential: 5 to 7 years.
