Guide des meilleurs vins de France 2025: 93/100Situated at 650m altitude in La Vacquerie, in the heart of the Larzac - a UNESCO World Heritage site - Mas Haut Buis has been owned since 1999 by Olivier Jeantet, a passionate, self-taught winemaker. His wines come from vines planted on the Terrasses du Larzac, in the Pégairolles and Lauroux valleys, and grown entirely organically. Dotted with olive and almond trees, some parcels are over 70 years old.
