Located at 650m altitude in La Vacquerie, in the heart of Larzac - a UNESCO World Heritage site - the Mas Haut Buis has been owned since 1999 by Olivier Jeantet, a self-taught and passionate winemaker. His wines come from vines planted on the Terrasses du Larzac, in the Pégairolles and Lauroux valleys, and grown entirely organically. Dotted with olive and almond trees, some parcels are over 70 years old.
