Totço que cal, cuvée du Château Plaisance, has a lovely nose where red fruits, spices and discreet woodiness blend harmoniously. The palate is dense and velvety, fruity and invigorating, framed by spicy tannins. The whole possesses exceptional charm. A great bottle from the South-West that can be enjoyed now and over 5-7 years.

The cuvée Saint-Jean du domaine Damiens is an organic Madiran wine made from 100% tannat. This superb wine for laying down develops intense aromas of ripe fruit and spices. The palate is full-bodied, teeming with black fruit aromas combining velvet and power. Very good length.

Clos Baquey is the grand cuvée of the domaine Elian Da Ros. This 2021 is a fresh, elegant vintage, in line with the 2017, all finesse and complexity. This Clos Baquey will evolve favorably over 10 years, but is ready to be enjoyed now. The tannins are round and of great quality; the wine develops on spicy and fruity notes.

Vain de Rû is an astonishing organic wine produced by Dominique Andiran. This organic wine is fruity, lively, atypical. A natural wine from the Southwest that can be a little gassy. Don't miss it, but decanting is recommended before tasting.
