The nose of this organic wine from the Cozes-Hermitage terroir is rich and gourmand, developing notes of apricot and almond. The palate is rich yet balanced and racy, endowed with superb energy. A great gastronomic wine.

This Montagny 1er cru du domaine Jean-Marc Boillot is a white Burgundy coup de coeur! The nose has character notably on verbena, pure white fruit on the palate, with a saline touch although the fruit is ripe, and a fresh apricot note.
Grand Mont du Clos des Quarterons is a great Bourgueil for laying down. This parcel creates powerful, complex wines that deserve more than 10 years of cellaring to fully blossom. A great bottle.
The Big Gilou from domaine Gilles Troullier is a magnificent bottle! Pure Grenache, this natural wine is gently vinified to produce a light, silky red with little color. Crisp red fruit, floral notes, great clarity and silky tannins. This Southern wine is a real treat!
Claux d'Ozon du Domaine d'Agarrus is a new cuvée from domaine d'agarrus. Serge Scherrer, who runs the domaine, has succeeded in acquiring these qualitative vines, which he has put into organic conversion. The wine is a little more structured than the letter carrier's vineyard, but remains accessible in its youth. A cuvée to drink over 5 years. A very promising terroir!
