The Gevrey-Chambertin les Racines du Temps de René Bouvier is a superb Gevrey on the great 2020 vintage. It develops a lovely bouquet of red and black fruits, resting on fine tannins. The wine is harmonious and refined, with a fresh, graceful finish! Bernard Bouvier admits: "When I have to choose just one wine to represent the Domaine, I choose Les Racines du Temps...". The perfect face that reflects the physiognomy of the Domaine, the vines have been drawing inspiration from the depths of the earth for nearly a century to give birth to a round, silky, refreshing bottle! A few rare bottles of Corton rouge du domaine Pavelot are available. Deep and fine at the same time, this is a rather versatile meal wine in this very Burgundian vintage. Enjoy or drink in 15 years.

This Chambolle-Musigny from Domaine Bouvier is elegant and gourmet in this 2018 vintage. With its intense ruby color, this wine expresses black fruit aromas with light spicy notes. A sustained attack reveals a lovely freshness with round, ripe tannins.

Grande cuvée parcellaire du Domaine Jean-Michel Gerin, Les Grandes Places offers an intense and elegant Côte-Rôtie, between black fruits, spices and minerality, with a strong aging potential.

The Granit 174 Rouge 2023 is Domaine Vaccelli’s rarest and most exclusive cuvée — a micro-plot of 0.174 hectares within the Granit plot, with fewer than 300 bottles produced.

The color is an intense ruby with purplish highlights. The nose is very expressive, with red fruit, blood orange, and spicy and floral notes. The palate is delicate, full-bodied, and elegant, with fine, silky tannins and a long, mineral finish. Decant and serve at 16 °C.

Trilogie du domaine Hubert Lignier is a grouping of 3 parcels. These three parcels, located north-south of the village on the edge of the 1ers Crus, produce small yields (30 hectoliters/ha on average) given the age of the vines. The wines are often colorful and fleshy, with good density. You'll need to wait a few years to fully appreciate them. They can also be kept for over 20 years.

This parcel les Bussières from the domaine Hubert Lignier comes from an area of 49 ares, on the edge of the Morey Saint Denis appellation. This is a Chambolle that combines elegance and elegance in the mouth. A very complex bouquet, combining liquorice, floral and spicy notes, it is ideally enjoyed after 4 or 5 years of patience.

Trevallon is probably one of France's greatest wines. The 2022 vintage is superb, with great balance and suppleness. The Syrah is superbly fruity and fresh. A must-have, to be forgotten for 10 years in the cellar.

A rare and elegant Chambolle-Musigny produced by the domaine Hubert Lignier : this 1er cru develops possesses exceptional breed and length. Situated to the south of Chambolle, above the "Amoureuses" and next to the Musigny, this so-called "méconnu" place due to its very small surface area does not lack datout to reveal a bouquet of perfume from its youth. Great finesse on the palate.

The red cuvée from the mythical Grange des Pères estate. The great 2020 vintage has produced a deep, intense red wine, with notes of black fruit, roasting, and a lovely fresh finish. Unforgettable!

This Charme-Chambertin from the domaine Hubert Lignier comes from a 10-acre plot on lieu dit Mazoyères haut, a vineyard planted in 1948.The soil is deeper than Clos de la Roche, composed of clay-limestone, sand. The vineyard is located next to Les Combottes, south of Les Charmes Chambertin. The wines are distinguished by floral fragrances, often elegant and fine, but also retaining a power and length on the palate worthy of a rather charming Grand Cru.
