La Brulade du domaine de la Bégude has a dense color indicative of high concentration. The nose is complex, with spicy notes topped by hints of garrigue and black pepper. As it ages, La Brulade develops highly complex tertiary aromas of leather, menthol, blond tobacco and wild sloe. The palate is highly structured, with a lovely grain of tannin, and finishes beautifully with remarkable length and minerality.

With a surface area of 1.02 hectares, this terroir lies below the Mazoyères Grands Crus and produces fleshy, subtle wines. The Gevrey-Chambertin les Racines du Temps de René Bouvier is a superb Gevrey on the great 2020 vintage. It develops a lovely bouquet of red and black fruits, resting on fine tannins. The wine is harmonious and refined, with a fresh, graceful finish! Bernard Bouvier admits: "When I have to choose just one wine to represent the Domaine, I choose Les Racines du Temps...". The perfect face that reflects the physiognomy of the Domaine, the vines have been drawing inspiration from the depths of the earth for nearly a century to give birth to a round, silky, refreshing bottle! A lovely woody note whispers over a concentrated, abundant and mineral aromatic palette. Ending with a classy finale
