Domaine Jean-Noel Gagnard

The Domaine Jean-Noël Gagnard is a family-run wine estate located in Chassagne-Montrachet, Burgundy. It is run by Caroline Lestimé, who took over the family business in 2004.

The domaine operates 14.5 hectares of vines, spread over 20 parcels. The vines are planted with 80% Chardonnay and 20% Pinot Noir. Domaine Jean-Noël Gagnard wines are vinified in the Burgundian tradition. Alcoholic and malolactic fermentation take place in stainless steel vats. Aging takes place in French oak barrels, for 12 to 18 months.
