The Cadet de la Begude from domaine de la Bégude has an expressive nose with notes of black cherries. The palate is fruity and slightly structured. It then develops notes of sweet spices and prunes. The domaine de la Bégude is a 500-hectare estate, including 30 hectares of vines. Situated at an altitude of 400 meters, at the geographical pinnacle of the Bandol appellation, the vineyard is subject to wide variations in temperature between day and night, enabling the estate's organic wines to retain a remarkable freshness, which is often lacking in this AOC. Owner Guillaume Tari refrains from any harsh intervention in the vines and wines, including weedkillers, pesticides and chemical fertilizers. Great Bandol de garde in all colors.
