This Chassagne-Montrachet blanc du domaine Jean-Marc Boillot is a great white Burgundy. The first nose evokes a particularly complex bouquet of fresh brioche, sweet spices and churned butter. As the wine evolves, it reveals notes of lime blossom, hazelnut and crunchy pear. On the palate, the powerful body reveals an exceptional balance of roundness and freshness. Impressive length for a village appellation.

Magnificent Monthélie blanc Sous Roches from domaine Jean-Marc Boillot. A wine from a small 25a parcel. This Chardonnay de garde is bright and flattering, with notes of yellow, buttery fruit. Very good length.

This Macon-Lugny from the domaine Jean-Marc Boillot is a real success. This Burgundy wine develops aromas of lime and tropical fruit with hints of brioche. On the palate, the wine has a creamy texture, well balanced by appetizing acidity.
