This Chassagne-Montrachet blanc du domaine Jean-Marc Boillot is a great white Burgundy. The first nose evokes a particularly complex bouquet of fresh brioche, sweet spices and churned butter. As the wine evolves, it reveals notes of lime blossom, hazelnut and crunchy pear. On the palate, the powerful body reveals an exceptional balance of roundness and freshness.
