The cuvée D18 du domaine Olivier Pithon is the grand cuvée of domaine Olivier Pithon.The wine is vinified and aged in wooden vats for 12 to 16 months. The wine is rich and complex, with notes of yellow and white fruits. Great overall balance and enormous length!

The Reserve 1er Cru crafted by Hugues Godmé is a champagne of great purity, a cuvée that evokes fruit and freshness. A perfect champagne for the aperitif, but also with poultry or creamed fish.

This Calcinaire blanc du domaine Gauby is very mineral with notes of white-fleshed fruit and citrus zest. A magnificent white Roussillon without any heaviness to accompany a scallop carpaccio with citrus fruits, for example.

Hugues Godmé's Les Terres d'Unions 1er Cru is a champagne full of freshness and energy. The mineral finish gives it great freshness. It's an ideal aperitif champagne, but will also be at ease with fish.
