The Mas Bruguière cultivates 2 ha of vines, made up of 3 islets. The estate's surface area allows us to work on a "human-sized" operation. The philosophy of Mas Bruguière is to get as close as possible to the raw material and its terroir. This is one of the reasons why we have opted for organic farming. Aging is carried out in large muid or demi-muid containers (12 or 6-liter barrels) and 5 hl or 3 hl wooden vats, to preserve the raw material as much as possible. No additives in the cellar, minimal doses of So2, no filtration on the reds, and only very light filtration on the whites and rosés.
