The 2022 Château Cuvée from Château Combel la Serre is an organic red Cahors made from Malbec, grown on the clay-limestone soils of the Causse. The wine is aged in barrels. It is fruity and spicy, with notes of cherry and black fruits.
It pairs well with grilled meats, duck breast, rib eye steak, and cassoulet.
