At domaine Jean-Baptiste Senat , in the Minervois region, there's no question of imposing standards. We let nature take its course, intervening as little as possible to produce wines that are as representative as possible of the vintage and terroir. Domaine Jean-Baptiste Senat is one of the great Languedoc estates.

Jean-Baptiste Senat took over the family vineyard a dozen years ago and has taken it to the top of the Minervois estates. Gourmet wines, with very expressive fruit. A Minervois benchmark!

With time, the domaine Jean-Baptiste Senat seems to have changed its style a little on its wines: more finesse and freshness now characterize them.

Arbalette et Coquelicots is a beautiful cuvée de soif, supple and fruity to perfection. It should be drunk within 2-3 years of its release.

Hors Champ is in the same profile as Arbalette et Coquelicots, with extra substance.

Maisoestdoncornicar has a lovely freshness and comes on notes of black fruit and licorice: the estate's most balanced cuvée.

Le Bois des Merveilles, its top-of-the-range, beautifully elegant sound! This oak-aged cuvée deserves a few years of cellaring to express all its complexity. We really appreciate its balance and exceptional length on the palate. A cuvée from the Jean-Baptiste Senat estate to drink with red meats and game.
