Several cuvées are produced by the domaine des 2 Ânes:

Premiers pas is domaine des 2 Ânes' first red cuvée: supple and fruity, it's the least powerful of the range but what a gourmet treat! Serve it at 15° to get the most out of this bottle.

With Fontanilles, we move up a gear in the Le domaine des 2 Ânes range, with a spicier wine too.

L'Enclos deserves a few years of cellaring to fully blossom, between 4 and 6 years on average depending on the vintage: it will then develop a bouquet of red or black fruits (depending on the vintage) and spices (garrigues).

Finally, Les Cabrioles, the grand cuvée from Domaine des 2 Ânes, is very powerful and full-bodied: 10 years of cellaring will do it the world of good. It goes well with game. Don't hesitate to decant this cuvée for a long time if you wish to enjoy it in its youth.
