Château Pech-Redon

Chateau Pech Redon in a few words...

The château Pech-redon is one of the flagships of the AOC Languedoc la Clape.

The wines produced by château Pech-Redon have great personality and excellent value for money. In a mineral landscape sculpted by the winds and an overwhelming sun, Château Pech-Redon has chosen organic farming to give its wines all the strength and originality of this nature it wishes to preserve.

The Guides say it best!

Guide Bettane et Dessauve 2019: "Settled on the heights of Gruissan very close to Narbonne, a stone's throw from the Mediterranean, to produce fresh wines, Pech-Redon has long been making the best wines in the Clape area..."

The vintages of Château Pech Redon

The Les Cades cuvée is made from 30% carignan, 30% cinsault, 20% syrah, 10% mourvèdre, and 10% grenache. The wine is round and fruity, but already endowed with a fine character. This cuvée from Château Pech-Redon should be drunk within 4-5 years.

L'Épervier is more powerful: the 60% Syrah and 40% Grenache blend magnificently to produce a complex, long-lasting wine.

Chateau Pech Redon's Centaurée, made in the same proportions of syrah and grenache as Épervier, is from low-yield plots and aged in foudre for 24 months. The wine is superb not only for its power, but also for its balance and complexity. The grand cuvée de garde of Château Pech Redon, without doubt one of the finest in the region.
