The Domaine Vallat d'ezort is a small estate located in the Languedoc hillsides of Souvignargues. Frédéric Martin runs this young estate using organic farming methods. The organic wines produced by Domaine Vallat d'ezort are sincere and express a lovely fruitiness that is becoming increasingly precise. A discovery at very reasonable prices. The estate recently acquired a new winery that enables it to produce natural wines with a beautiful clarity.

Alegria is a majority Cinsault cuvée: a superb thirst-quenching organic wine, to be drunk slightly chilled.

The Languedoc has great substance but also great elegance.
