The Domaine Pérol was founded under the Empire, the estate entered the Pérol family a century later, in 1912. It is located in the hamlet of La Colletière, opposite the medieval village of Châtillon d'Azergues. The grapes are harvested by hand, allowing selective picking. The vines of Domain Perol have been cultivated organically since 2005 for the greatest respect of terroir and tradition. The estate's wines wowed us with their bright fruit and precision. A very fine piece of work.
