Château de Béru cultivates a group of parcels located on the finest terroirs of the Chablis region in the Chablis and Chablis Premier Cru appellations. At the heart of the estate lies Clos Béru, a unique terroir enclosed by historic walls built in the 13th century. Since 2005, Château de Béru has been committed to organic viticulture, and in 2011 to biodynamic viticulture. Thanks to rigorous observation of disease symptoms in the vineyard, and the sparing use of natural substances such as sulfur and herbal teas, the vines are protected while gradually strengthening their natural defenses.

CloseWhat a great wine this Puligny-Montrachet les Champs Canet du domaine Jean-Marc Boillot is. The nose is very elegant, perfumed with citrus and just a hint of mango. The palate has a spicy, saline dynamic. This is a bewitching Puligny, rich, concentrated, with a chiseled texture. Floral and ripe fruit on the nose, pure orchard fruit on the palate, supported by a subtle vanilla woodiness. Clean freshness on the finish, and good persistence.

CloseGorgeous gourmet white Burgundy than this Puligny-Montrachet 1er cru les Referts 2023 from domaine Jean-Marc Boillot. Mandarin and orange peel open from the glass, initially floral and generous, pre-empting the depth of terroir and tension on the palate, and giving energy. Powerful, complex and long.
CloseThe Bourgogne rouge Côtes d'Auxerre du domaine Goisot is a fresh, slender organic red wine with notes of red berries. A wine equally at home with a platter of charcuterie, poultry or fish.
CloseTaut and fresh, the Cuvée Montserre is a magnificent, all-fine Chablis from Château de Béru. The texture on the palate is delicate and the wine is luminous. A beautiful bottle!
