Rescued by Olivier Jullien and Jean-Baptiste Granier, the forgotten vines produce a great Languedoc wine, with a delicious, fresh character. Weedkillers and synthetic molecules have gradually been eliminated from viticulture. An estate to be discovered as a matter of urgency.
