It's a terroir that benefits from the generosity of Languedoc coupled with the freshness of Larzac. What's more, its altitude (up to 35m) and schist soils make it an exceptional terroir. Rescued by Olivier Jullien and Jean-Baptiste Granier, the forgotten vines produce a great Languedoc wine, with a delicious, fresh character. Weedkillers and synthetic molecules have gradually been eliminated from viticulture. An estate to be discovered as a matter of urgency.
