Domaine Stoeffler - Alsace Gewürztraminer - Old Vines 2022

Monfarina is a magnificent Jacquères combined with a little primitif, full of pep, produced by domaine Giachino . Pale yellow in color, this organic Savoy wine seduces with the intensity of its aromas (floral and menthol scents, chlorophyll) and its tension. The Chant des Loups cuvée from domaine du Chant des Loups is a silky, flattering red Vacqueras. The nose is highly expressive and aromatically complex. It develops on notes of black olive, then garrigue and truffle. On the palate, ripe fruit aromas combine naturally with silky tannins. The finish is greedy with roasted coffee beans.

They are produced in very small quantities on our best terroirs. The nose is reminiscent of raisins and quince jam, with hints of apricot. The ample, generous palate features jammy flavors of yellow fruit, figs with smoky notes and a perfectly balanced finish.
