The Domaine l'ermitage du Pic-Saint-Loup estate backs onto the first foothills of the Pic Saint Loup massif, on the hills of Saint Mathieu de Tréviers, Flagship of the Pic Saint Loup AOC, the estate has decided to switch its vines to organic farming in order to best respect its terroir. Domaine de l'Ermitage du Pic Saint Loup wines have gone from strength to strength in recent years. We highly recommend them!

The red Illico cuvée from the domaine des Schistes boasts bright fruit. This blend of marselan, merlot and carignan has a lovely personality: the wine is silky, light but with a nice chewy texture. A cuvée that can be drunk slightly chilled.
