Grillé du midi du domaine de la Grosse Pierre est issue d'une parcelle exposée Sud-Ouest. Cette cuvée haut de gamme est passé en fût de demi-muits. Elle se développe sur des notes de fruits rouges et noirs, d'épices. Très belle longueur.

This cuvée Romain du Domaine Robert Perroud is from a parcel of pink granite facing the rising sun. The nose develops notes of raspberry, spice and peony. Round on the palate, with fine, mellow tannins. Excellent length and a real "coup de cur" for this Beaujolais cru! RVF : 16/20

The chardonnay du Château du Cèdre is a pleasant, fruity white wine with aromas of sliced apples, lemons, spices and chalk. Mineral, medium-bodied and relatively mellow on the palate. It's subtle and balanced with a savory finish.
