This cuvée Le Cèdre 2020 du Château du Cèdre has a very concentrated, opaque color. The nose exudes notes of coffee and sloe. The minty flavor so characteristic of Cahors wines is present. The Errotik cuvée from the domaine Bordaxuria is a white Irouleguy from the estate's oldest vines. Made from the 3 grape varieties Petit Manseng, Gros Manseng and Petit Courbu, this cuvée is expressive on the nose with notes of white and yellow fruits. The palate is beautifully expressive, with aromas of buttered apple, quince, white peach and a touch of fresh pineapple. Nice saline finish.

Clos Baquey is the grand cuvée of the domaine Elian Da Ros . This 2020 is a very fine vintage, full of power and complexity and with a little more freshness than 2018. This Clos Baquey will evolve favorably over 10 years, but is ready to be enjoyed now. A red Côtes du Marmandais with round, high-quality tannins; the wine develops spicy, fruity notes. A great wine from the Elian Da Ros estate, spearheading this southwestern AOP.

On the 2022 vintage, Au Capceu du Camin Larredya is still a superb bottle. This great Jurançon de garde develops on notes of yellow fruit, exotic fruit, candied lemon. The acidity counterbalances the sugar magnificently. A great wine.
