This Chassagne-Montrachet blanc du domaine Jean-Marc Boillot is a great white Burgundy. The first nose evokes a particularly complex bouquet of fresh brioche, sweet spices and churned butter. As the wine evolves, it reveals notes of lime blossom, hazelnut and crunchy pear. On the palate, the powerful body reveals an exceptional balance of roundness and freshness. The vines for this cuvée les Seuvrées du domaine Hubert Lignier were planted between 1938 and 1966. With a surface area of 1.02 hectares, this terroir lies below the Mazoyères Grands Crus and produces fleshy, subtle wines. With excellent ageing potential, it stands out as a Gevrey of character with a tender heart.

Petraea champagne is made according to a principle similar to that of Solera: each year, 25% of the last harvest is added. Thus, the wine is composed of all the preceding vintages, in decreasing proportion. This perpetual reserve began in 1997. Aromas of fruit, white flowers and spices. On the palate, the champagne is full and rich, powerful yet retaining a lovely freshness.

Chioso Novo Red 2023 — "clos nouveau" in Corsican — is Domaine Vaccelli’s newest and most exclusive cuvée, made from old Black Grenache vines dating back to 1964 that were grafted onto Sciaccarellu rootstock in 2019.
The color is a vivid ruby. The nose is delicate, with red currant and small red berries, along with floral and spicy notes. The palate reveals magnificent tension and a subtle, well-integrated sweetness; the finish is long and briny. Decant for 45 minutes; serve at 16 °C.
Sciaccarellu from old Grenache vines planted in 1964, grafted in 2019, certified organic in 2019, grown on the granitic soils of Cognocoli-Monticchi. Aged exclusively in wine globes, with natural volcanic sulfur; very low sulfur content.
Cellaring potential: 2025–2033.

This Puligny-Montrachet 1er cru la Garenne du domaine Jean-Marc Boillot is a grande gastronomie Burgundy. This wine is full of youthful energy with a striking perfume of lemon sorbet and a touch of fresh lime. Its naturally fresher position allows it to focus on fresh citrus and a less exotic touch with a chalkier texture. Very mineral on the nose and rather expressive, it presents lovely fruity flavors on the palate, with good persistence and a taut finish.

The Gevrey-Chambertin les Racines du Temps de René Bouvier is a superb Gevrey on the great 2020 vintage. It develops a lovely bouquet of red and black fruits, resting on fine tannins. The wine is harmonious and refined, with a fresh, graceful finish! Bernard Bouvier admits: "When I have to choose just one wine to represent the Domaine, I choose Les Racines du Temps...". The perfect face that reflects the physiognomy of the Domaine, the vines have been drawing inspiration from the depths of the earth for nearly a century to give birth to a round, silky, refreshing bottle! Domaine Tissot's "Les Bruyères" is a small parcel of 80 ares whose vines are around 45 years old on a Triassic clay terroir. Here again, Stéphane Tissot proves the full extent of his talent, ageing this yellow wine for 6 years in whisky barrels, which is fabulous for its balance, depth and personality. A complex, fruity wine.
