The cuvée domaine rouge du domaine de Fontenille possesses a powerful, fruity nose with notes of black cherries stewed with spices from a fine Syrah from the sunniest plots. Coumeille du domaine des Schistes is a plot with an overwhelming majority of Syrah. This organic Roussillon wine develops aromas of black fruits and spices, all resting on a fine structure. Utopie 12 du Chemin des rêves is wine declined as Vin de France because of its originality. The nose is toasty, developing aromas of macerated fruit and notes of undergrowth. The attack is frank, and the palate is tannic, powerful and complex, made for ageing. The finish is smoky. A superb success!

The cuvée d'automne du Domaine de la Pinte is a savagnin sous voile blended with a little chardonnay. This oxidative wine is a great success, developing on notes of walnut, hazelnut and white flowers. Superb length!

Les Cocalières rouge is a cuvée from the domaine d'Aupilhac that we particularly appreciate thanks to its great balance. Montpeyroux has a very southern feel, while Cocalières has that freshness and refinement that makes it so charming. A magnificent cuvée in 2020 that will age for 10 years without any problem. Cocalières blanc du Domaine D'Aupilhac has a freshness and length that characterize it. It develops aromas of white flowers and white peaches. The Terres rouges cuvée is a new plot-based cuvée from the domaine Antoine Sanzay. This highly ambitious cuvée has a deep, intense black color. The nose is very open on opening, developing notes of black fruit. The palate is complex, with hints of fruit and spice, underpinned by supple, round, high-quality tannins. Nice length for this cuvée to leave in the cellar or enjoy now after a long decanting. Guide des meilleurs vins de France 2023 : 92/100
