It comes from the Bouché vineyard, planted with Sémillon (about 60%), Sauvignon Blanc (25%), and Sauvignon Gris (15%). This organic wine, with its lemony character and generous flavor evoking all kinds of citrus fruits, combines presence, length, and immediate enjoyment. A superb white!
