L'enfant is the second wine of the Château Mille Roses in the Haut-médoc appellation, all suppleness and gourmandise. Depending on the year, 80% to 90% Merlot and the balance Cabernet Sauvignon. Its structure nevertheless allows it to be aged almost "like a great wine", i.e. in barrels that have already aged one wine for one year.

This Haut-Medoc du Château Mille Roses comes from 4 parcels classified as Haut-médoc around the Château . The soils are composed of fine, deep gravel. The majority of Merlot grapes give the wine a gourmet flavour, enhanced by silky, elegant tannins. A balanced, fine style, in line with the Margaux produced by the same Château. Very great Haut-Medoc.

Le trou de l'Ermite du Château de Caraguilhes possesses a dense nose marked by beautiful fruit full of freshness. It develops on deep notes of blackberry and licorice, followed by rosemary and thyme. The palate is round and full-bodied, underlined by dark berry aromas and hints of black tapenade. The freshness of the mid-palate gives the wine real personality. Galets rouge du Château Cazebonne develops a fresh, floral expression, with peony and even citrus accents in counterpoint, with suave, almost licorice-like fruit. Absolutely delicious, atypical, this pure Cabernet Sauvignon, aged in jars, nonetheless manifests the finesse and distinction associated with great Graves wines.

Le Grand Vin Blanc du Château Cazebonne is a cuvée made from Sémillon and Sauvignon Blanc grapes, emblematic of the Graves region. This organic white wine is distinguished by its elegance, complexity and finesse. The grapes are harvested at perfect ripeness to capture all their freshness and aromatic richness. Grand Vin Blanc offers subtle floral aromas mingled with notes of citrus and white-fleshed fruit, such as peach and pear. On the palate, it has a lovely liveliness with a smooth texture, brought about by barrel aging that adds depth and toasty notes.

Entre Amis blanc du Chateau Cazebonne is a pretty Graves full of gourmandise. A pretty bottle, with a lovely freshness, pleasant to drink, which assumes structure. Part of the harvest (20%) underwent a 5-day fermentation in contact with the skins.
