Clos Maïa blanc is a superb blend of roussane, terret bourret and chenin. The nose develops notes of yellow fruit and aniseed. On the palate, the wine is tightly wound, with great complexity and a superb freshness on the finish. A great gourmet wine!

The Clos des Immortelles du Mas de la Seranne is a superb Terrasse du Larzac. The nose of this organic wine develops on complex notes of mocha, zan, sweet spices. The palate is full-bodied and elegant, with a fresh, licorice finish. A great wine to be enjoyed over 5 to 7 years.

Nuit Grave du Mas des Chimères is a blended wine, with a majority of Syrah, Grenache and a little Mourvèdre. This wine has great complexity with smooth tannins, a fresh, gourmet wine. Antonin et Louis du Mas de la Seranne has a complex nose with notes of leather, but also fruit (blackcurrant, blackberry) and spices (pepper, cinnamon). The palate is fleshy and elegant. The tannins of this great Languedoc organic wine are harmonious and supple, supported by a long, fresh, mentholated finish. Magnificent bottle
