Château Haut Bages Liberal - Pauillac - Fleur de Haut Bages 2016

The Chablis 1er cru La Fourchaume du domaine Pommier is a very great Chablis 1er cru. On the nose, this organic Burgundy wine has an elegant aromatic bouquet, developing on notes of white-fleshed fruit such as pear and peach, delicate floral nuances and a subtle mineral touch, typical of Chablis. On the palate, the attack is lively and fresh, with a mineral texture that lends the wine a fine length on the finish.

Powerful, racy and firm, the Haitza vintage from domaine Arretxea is a great Irouleguy for laying down. The wine is based on a fine proportion of tannat, which helps it to stand the test of time. It's an ideal accompaniment to red meats, game and dishes in sauce. A sure value from the South-West.

The 2018 vintage is a great vintage at château Gombaude-Guillot. In this sunny vintage, Château Gombaude-Guillot has a dazzling nose of black fruits and sweet spices. The palate is full-bodied, both powerful and balanced, all resting on silky tannins. A superb bottle.

Les Hauts de Husseau du Domaine de la Taille aux Loups is a magnificent dry Chenin. This cuvée has all the qualities of "Rémus", but with greater intensity, precision and fullness. A benchmark among great Loire wines for laying down.

Galets rouge du Château Cazebonne develops a fresh, floral expression, with peony and even citrus accents in counterpoint, with suave, almost licorice-like fruit. Absolutely delicious, atypical, this pure Cabernet Sauvignon, aged in jars, nonetheless manifests the finesse and distinction associated with great Graves wines.

This Château Ferrière has expressive fruit on the nose with notes of tobacco, mint and red fruit. The tannins are polished and round. This organic wine boasts a fine balance between freshness, fruitiness and silky tannic structure.

The 2019 Château Fonroque is a great success.
