On the palate, the attack is lively and fresh, with a mineral texture that lends the wine a fine length on the finish.

The fixin du domaine Jean Fournier is very successful: in this very northern appellation of the Côte de Nuits, Jean Fournier produces a powerful, characterful wine with good cellaring potential. It develops notes of red and black fruit, with a slightly spicy finish. Great value for money!
