Quintaine du domaine Guillemot-Michel is a great Viré-Clessé. This superbly mastered vintage is explosively aromatic, with lovely exotic notes due to the few noble grapes that often appear in the domaine's bunches when the harvest takes place in autumn. Yet this vintage is just as fresh as its predecessors, with a hint of minerality. A lovely, open, gourmet vintage that's already giving a lot of pleasure in its youth!

The Grand Chaliot cuvée from Domaine Hubert Lignier is a cuvée from vines planted in 1987 south of Nuits-saint-Georges. This cuvée develops intense notes of ripe red fruit, flowers and spices. On the palate, this magnificent red Burgundy is silky, with good acidity and a long, elegant finish.

The Clos des Topes de Bizot from the domaine Chantal Lescure is a Côte de Beaune from vines over 80 years old. This organic wine is superb, fruity and full-bodied; resting on silky tannins, it will enhance the finest white meats. 2023 is a fresh, well-balanced vintage that pinotes right from its youth! This red Marsannay from Domaine Jean Fournier is produced in the "Chapitre" sector. This cuvée saw the light of day in 2019 following the reclassification of the parcel as AOC Marsannay. Until 2018, this cuvée was known as "Bourgogne Le Chapitre Vieilles Vignes". A magnificent organic Burgundy wine full of ardor and elegance.

The 1er cru Côte de Lechet du domaine Pommier is a straightforward, typical Chablis with a very assertive minerality. This great organic Burgundy develops notes of citrus, granite and flint. Made from vines over 60 years old, this great wine is complex. A precise gastronomic wine with bewitching salinity.

This cuvée les Longeroies du domaine Jean Fournier is superb in 2022. It expresses itself on notes of red fruit, zan, blackcurrant burgundy. The smooth texture is very silky and gives a lot of femininity to this organic wine, even though it has a nice structure.

This plot of Saint-Romain, facing southwest, is situated between 293 and 380 meters on very steep ground. This Saint-Romain is a fresh, fruity and fragrant organic white wine. Its softly expressed minerality gives it a pleasant roundness enhanced by notes of citrus and white flowers.

The 1er cru vaillon du domaine Christian Moreau is made from vines over 50 years old. The vines are located in the commune of Chablis, on the left bank of the Serein with excellent south/southeast exposure. This cuvée is made up of the sub-climates épinottes, châtains and roncières. The soil consists of Kimmeridgian marl-limestone (Upper Jurassic), typical of the Chablis region. This soil is very rich in marine fossils, in particular Exogyra virgula, a small oyster typical of Chablisian soils.The Premier Cru is a coup de coeur: a racy, complex, fresh wine. A magnificent success!
