Les Mûres du Clos des Rocs is a great Pouilly-Loché, a superb parcel of very high quality: this organic wine is made from chardonnay. It is racy and elegant, with good concentration. It develops aromas typical of great Burgundies, with notes of yellow fruit and hints of butter and toast. Great aging potential!

Grillé du midi du domaine de la Grosse Pierre est issue d'une parcelle exposée Sud-Ouest. Cette cuvée haut de gamme est passé en fût de demi-muits. Elle se développe sur des notes de fruits rouges et noirs, d'épices. Très belle longueur.

Montagne du domaine Champy is a white Haute-Cotes-de-Beaune made from lovely parcels in Altitude. A fresh, elegant Chardonnay, a model of its kind, worked biodynamically.

The cuvée saint-Urbain rouge from domaine Jean Fournier is a lovely Marsannay on the finesse side. This organic Burgundy wine has lovely volume on the palate and a lovely sweetness. An ideal introduction to Côte de Nuits wines. The 2022 vintage is very successful, with expressive fruit! Great value for money!

Irancy les Mazelots du domaine Goisot has ruby hues. On the nose, it releases scents of wild berries, spices, licorice and a hint of roasting. On the palate, you'll discover its fullness and elegance, underlined by fine tannins and liquorice and jammy notes.

Les Pierrotes du Clos des Rocs is a seductive Pouilly-Fuissé with notes of acacia and bourbon vanilla. The palate is juicy, with a hint of menthol, comfortable. Dynamic, it's an eternal sure bet on a festive table.

This Chorey-lès-Beaune from the domaine Chapuis Frères is an elegant Burgundy. This natural red wine develops notes of ripe red fruit, such as cherry and strawberry, with hints of sweet spice and undergrowth. Harmonious on the palate, with supple tannins and freshness. The finish is long and fruity, with a subtle hint of spice.

Gorgeous Burgundy from the Cuvée Louis Auguste du Domaine David Duband: a 100% pinot noir wine that is both fine and elegant, with a lovely freshness.

is a lovely Pouilly-Loché from Clos des Rocs made from vines over 90 years old! This wine is fine, complex, elegant and has great length. A great wine from the Côte Chalonnaise.

The Chablis from Domaine Bessin Tremblay is a model of its kind: it has a light yellow color with green highlights. The nose is complex, developing notes of white fruits, spices, fresh herbs and flowers. On the palate, the attack is fresh with flavors of white fruit, citrus and spices, offering a beautiful intensity and great length.

This Montagny blanc du domaine Aline Beauné is a spawning success. This organic wine is sober, fresh and greedy, with fruity notes and a chiseled finish. A superb wine for discovering the domaine's style.

This Macon-Lugny from the domaine Jean-Marc Boillot is a real success. This Burgundy wine develops aromas of lime and tropical fruit with hints of brioche. On the palate, the wine has a creamy texture, well balanced by appetizing acidity.

A superb organic Chablis, with a greedy attack of fruity, toasty notes and a saline, straightforward finish. A great success!

There's no such thing as a little Pouilly at Domaine Cornin. This Pouilly-Fuissé village 2022 is luscious, fruity and beautifully elegant. A model of the appellation at an affordable price given the quality of the wine produced.

This cuvée Altitude du domaine Boris Champy develops on the nose with notes of stone fruit, hints of cedar and undergrowth. The palate is very expressive on greedy red and black fruits, with lovely underlying acidity. A lovely Burgundy, immensely pleasing and refined.

The Cuvée Camille du domaine Marcel Lapierre comes from an old parcel on the Côte du Py. This cuvée was born when Camille Lapierre (Marcel's daughter) returned to the domaine, but it's also a nod to her grandfather Camille (Marcel's father). A Morgon of great elegance and character. A great natural Morgon.

This Montagny 1er cru du domaine Jean-Marc Boillot is a white Burgundy coup de coeur! The nose has character notably on verbena, pure white fruit on the palate, with a saline touch although the fruit is ripe, and a fresh apricot note.

Magnificent Rully 1er cru from domaine Jean-Marc Boillot, both rich and chiseled. A superb, flattering white burgundy, with buttery, yellow-fruit notes.

This Savigny-lès-Beaune du domaine Chapuis Frères is a generous, gourmand wine, developing on notes of black fruits, licorice and spices. On the palate, it has silky tannins. The finish is long and spicy, with good persistence.

The cuvée Champ Forey from domaine Jean Fournier is an aligoté made from old vines. With this parcel-based cuvée, Jean Fournier produces a wine from a low yield, a far cry from the light, acidic and insipid aligoté. This Aligoté is a fabulous blend of power and tension, a singular wine with strong character! A great gourmet wine that'll blow you away blind!

An exceptional Pouilly-Loché produced by the Clos des Rocs, between minerality and aromatic complexity: a gourmet organic wine to drink over 10 years. What a bottle!

The 2024 Pernand-Vergelesses Village Red is all elegance and indulgence—a superb introduction to the appellation, at a reasonable price.

Deep color. Very expressive nose dominated by blackcurrant. Round on the palate, with present yet subtle tannins; good aging potential. Serve at 16°C.

100% organic Ecocert Pinot Noir, clay-limestone and silty-clay soils. Hand-harvested, gentle maceration for 3 to 5 days, alcoholic fermentation with indigenous yeasts in open concrete tanks for approximately 16 days.

Pairings: red meat, poultry. Aging potential: 5 to 10 years.

A lovely Pernand-Vergelesses blanc du domaine Pavelot that plays the elegance and freshness card on this vintage. Pair it with delicate dishes like scallops to bring out the best in it. It will reveal itself wonderfully.
