Domaine Lieubeau Muscadet Sèvre et Maine Château-Thébaud 2022 is a dry white wine made from Melon de Bourgogne grapes, sourced from a select plot of organically farmed vines approximately 70 years old growing on gneiss soil. After a very long aging on the lees in underground tanks, it offers notes of smokiness, citrus, fennel, and anise, with lovely freshness and a long finish. A communal Muscadet vintage suitable for aging and pairing with fine dining.

The cuvée Les Fevettes du Château du Hureau is made from the estate's oldest vines. This Saumur-Champigny is built for ageing: it develops notes of black and red fruits, undergrowth and mushrooms. Superb substance resting on velvety tannins.

Becare du domaine de la Grange Tiphaine is a cabernet franc that finds in flint an ally towards maturity; it offers facets far removed from the vegetal and surprises us with its gourmandise, generosity and drinkability.

Les Petites Aubues is a Pouilly-Fumé made from Sauvignon grapes. This organic wine is greedy, fruity, with a beautiful freshness. It's a versatile, mineral wine, accessible on youth.

The color of Ancestrale deVincent Careme is bright, light gold. The attack is supple, the bubbles fine and the minerality beautiful. Notes of white flowers and apple blossom. Lots of elegance in this wine and good persistence on the palate.

This organic red wine reveals subtle aromas of red fruit, such as cherry and raspberry, mingled with lightly spicy notes and a touch of undergrowth. In a superb 2023 vintage, château Yvonne has produced a superb cuvée La Folie. The wine is rich, with very intense fruit. As always with this cuvée, we recommend decanting 2 hours before tasting, or storing for 3 to 5 years in a temperature-stable, high-hygrometry cellar.
