Les Picasses 2022 is a superb Chinon produced by Château de Coulaine. It develops on fruity notes, a beautiful explosiveness and a lot of freshness . A superb Chinon.

This organic red wine reveals subtle aromas of red fruit, such as cherry and raspberry, mingled with lightly spicy notes and a touch of undergrowth. On the palate, Menetou-Salon Rouge is supple and elegant, with fine tannins and good length.

The cuvée Les Tonnes Barils du domaine Bonnigal-Bodet is a superb chenin. An organic white wine that develops on notes of ripe fruit,a beautiful aromatic complexity from the ageing and an elegant bitterness on the finish.

This Pouilly-Fumé Les Champs des Chaumes develops expressive white fruit and citrus notes on the nose. On the palate, this organic wine is balanced, endowed with lovely freshness and fruit (white peaches, apricots); nice mineral finish!

The Peu Morier from domain Vincent Careme has a nose of great freshness. It features notes of dried fruit, apples and pears. The palate is full-bodied, rich and smooth, with mineral notes on the finish. A great success!

From poor, south-facing soils, Haut de la Butte develops beautiful notes of blackcurrant and redcurrant, with a sensation of freshness on the palate, combined with a very fine tannic structure. Decant for 2 hours.

Clef de sol blanc de la Grange Tiphaine is a superb Montlouis. This organic Chenin has great cellaring potential. This white wine is mineral and slender: it develops notes of citrus, yellow fruit and flint. A superb gastronomic wine with good length.

The cuvée Les Beauvoirs from domaine Bonnigal-Bodet has a slender balance, with notes of yellow fruit and lightly toasted touches, a soft, long texture, resting on fine bitters on the finish.
