Domaine Chevrot is a family-run winery located in Cheilly-lès-Maranges, at the southern tip of the Côte de Beaune, in Burgundy. It is run by brothers Pablo and Vincent Chevrot. Their vineyards span the appellations of Maranges, Santenay and Hautes-Côtes de Beaune. They are cultivated using organic farming methods, with draft horses used to work the soil. The wines are fermented with native yeasts and very little sulfur.
The Pinot Noirs from Maranges and Santenay are full-bodied reds, more approachable than many Burgundies from the Côte de Nuits. They pair well with poultry, duck, grilled meats, and mushrooms. The Chardonnay white pairs well with fish and fresh cheeses.
