Joko from domaine Bordatto is a natural sweet wine made from old Tannat vines, mutated with Sagarno (apple) brandy. This very old vineyard, located on a mountainside, is farmed organically and worked by hand. This wine is rich, greedy and totally atypical. Enjoy it with chocolate cake!
This original wine, 100% marselan, has a deep, almost black color. The nose is a bomb of red fruit! The palate is supple and round, with an appreciable freshness on the finish.
