Château du Cèdre - Vin de France - L'improbable 2024

This cuvée Brechallume du domaine de la Croix Gratiot boasts a beautiful, slightly golden Brilliant color. On the nose, this organic wine develops citric notes of pomelo, kumquat, candied ginger and citrus peel. Fresh and structured on the palate, with good length.

A magnificent pinot noir is this 2022 from Domaine Fournier in this very fine vintage. This red Burgundy has great substance, with notes of ripe red fruit and a lightly smoky touch that reflects its terroir. Great value for money!

The Oudan du domaine Sérol is a powerful, structured, tannic cuvée. Unlike Millerands, which is more into finesse, this cuvée is characterized by its strength of character and its ability to be very at ease at the table with red meats and dishes in sauce.

The cuvée Sarah du domaine Giacometti is a superb organic red wine from Corsica. This wine has a powerful nose with notes of candied cherry, undergrowth and graphite. The palate is dense, resting on present but ripe tannins; long finish on red plum and liquorice.

This vin de liqueur du Château de Cèdre has a very fruity, complex nose, with aromas of blackberry and blackcurrant, a hint of violet, spice and cocoa. A superb match with chocolate!

Juveniles is a recent cuvée from château du Cèdre. This organic wine is made from the estate's young vines. It is made with the aim of enjoying a wine of immediate pleasure, on bright fruit, and with very soft tannins. A great success!

Les Grèzes du Château du Cèdre is a blend of Sauvignon Blanc, Semillon and Muscadelle; this South-Western white wine is fragrant with white fruit as much as acidity. Lightness and a lovely freshness on the finish give it a lovely vivacity.
