Domaine de Dernacueillette - IGP Pays de Cucugnan - Le p'tit Derna 2021

The signature wine of Domaine de Dernacueillette — the Corbières that most faithfully expresses the terroir of Termenès. A blend of Syrah (55%), Carignan (35%)—including vines ranging from 75 to 150 years old—and Grenache (10%), with no added sulfites, grown at an altitude of 600 meters.

An open and complex nose of black fruit, violet, pepper, and earth. Fresh and taut on the palate, with fine tannins, remarkable acidity, and elegant length. Decanting reveals its full depth.

The prestigious single-vineyard cuvée from Domaine de Dernacueillette. A blend of organic, sulfite-free Syrah, Grenache, and Carignan from the estate’s highest plots on schist soil at an elevation of 690 meters.

The nose is highly mineral with notes of citrus and blood orange. On the palate: round, full-bodied, and fruity, with blood orange on the attack, ripe red fruits on the finish, and soft, silky tannins. One of the finest organic Corbières wines, best served at 13–16°C in large glasses.

The Domaine de Dernacueillette's flagship wine — the only one aged in 50-hl Austrian oak casks for 26 months. A blend of organic, sulfite-free Syrah (60%), Carignan (30%), and Grenache (10%), grown on the schist soils of Termenès at an altitude of 600 meters.

Delicate, fruity, precise, and fresh on the nose. Powerful on the palate with supple, well-integrated tannins and exceptional length. The estate’s wine for fine dining and aging—reaches its peak in 10 years.
