Chateau Lilian-Ladouys is a superb Saint-Estèphe, with a beautiful gourmand character. It reveals a greedy, crisp structure made of ripe tannins, but also a very refined woodiness that blends perfectly into an explosion of fruity flavors on the palate. Fresh and elegant in this vintage, this Saint-Estèphe is worthy of the appellation's greatest references. The château has just begun its organic conversion in 2020.

The Saint-Peray Version du domaine François Villard is made predominantly from marsanne. This Rhone Valley wine has that extra touch of vivacity that makes this cuvée so charming, even in hot years. A lovely gastronomic wine that awaits baked fish, for example.

This cuvée Céleste from domaine les Hautes Terres is a real favorite. This 100% Chenin is chiseled, straightforward, expressive and of great length. A great wine that rivals the best Loire Chenins. Superb!

Clos Maïa blanc is a superb blend of roussane, terret bourret and chenin. The nose develops notes of yellow fruit and aniseed. On the palate, the wine is tightly wound, with great complexity and a superb freshness on the finish. A great gourmet wine!

Fleur de Voile from domaine Berthet-Bondet is a savagnin originally destined for the production of a Château-Chalon, which was interrupted in its ageing process to be bottled after nine months of ageing under veil (without topping up). This cuvée is therefore characterized by light oxidative notes that give a hint of the genesis of a yellow wine.

L'héronde is a magnificent Côte de Brouilly from the domaine Dupré-Goujon, made from one of the best parcels. On the nose, the wine reveals various very subtle floral notes, with a hint of pomegranate. This terroir offers a complex, elegant aromatic palette. The wine is fine, silky and delicate. A multitude of fruity aromas that bring great greediness.

Gorgeous 100% chenin du Clos de la Barthassade cuvée. This organic white Languedoc wine is aged 18 months in barrel. It develops complex notes of exotic fruit and citrus, with a delicate woody finish. A great gastronomic white wine.

The Bandol blanc du Château la Tour du Bon is a great success in this 2023 vintage. This organic wine develops notes of citrus and white flowers, exotic fruit in its youth, wax and honey as it ages. The palate is full-bodied without heaviness.

An intense, silky Saint-Joseph that needs 2-3 years to open up fully. Patience, this Syrah from Domaine du Coulet is a nugget!

The Macvin du domaine Berthet-Bondet is a real treat. It develops on notes of yellow fruit, dried fruit, all resting on a controlled sweetness. Superb!

This La Miroenière cuvée is a favorite of this great 2020 vintage. This organic wine located not far from Chateauneuf-du-pape comes from a very qualitative terroir composed of sand and clay mixed with rolled pebbles. An exceptional wine from old Grenache vines, aged 16 months, partly in amphorae. Finesse and power combine in this great wine from the southern Rhone Valley.

Grenouillières de la Grange Tiphaine is a magnificent demi-sec Montlouis, just the right balance of residual sugar and acidity. We recommend it with foie gras or an exotic dish.

The attack of the Seuil de Mazeyres, second wine of the Château Mazeyres, is unctuous with often mentholated, spicy and fruity notes. The mid-palate is supple and juicy. The finish is fresh and invigorating. The whole is harmonious, making Seuil de Mazeyres a pleasure wine to drink young.

Sempre Cuntentu du domaine Giacometti is a velvety, supple red wine from Corsica (Patrimonio): luscious and silky, with notes of garrigue and black fruits. Superb success

ThisIrouleguy blanc du domaine Bordaxuriapossesses a lovely character. On the nose, the wine develops notes of exotic fruit. The palate is lively, elegant, with fruity and mineral notes. A wine that will gain further complexity with 5-6 years of cellaring. A great success!

This Alsace Riquewirh du domaine Marcel Deiss comes from the Domaine Marcel Deiss plots of land on the Riquewihr finage. The wine produced is extremely salivating, precise, well-structured and full of personality. A sparkling biodynamic wine!

The 2022 Chablis Les reinettes from domaine Pommier is a superb parcel from the estate. A model Chablis for the appellation, saline and chiseled: a pure, slender organic wine, superb with seafood and fish!

The Austral cuvée from Ferme Saint-Martin is a blanc de macération, otherwise known as an orange wine. This gourmet organic wine develops complex notes of spices, curry, candied apricot and peach. A beautifully structured white wine that will pair superbly with creamy poultry or cheeses, for example.

Magnificent Saint-Véran from the domaine Cornin : a maconnais from a very small plot selection. This balanced Chardonnay, with its delicate, fine woodiness, plays on elegance to develop white fruit aromas. Fresh, slightly saline finish. Superb!
