Les Cargadous du Clos de la Barthassade is a superb gourmet white. Made from Roussanne and Chenin, it develops notes of vine peach and pear, all resting on discreet ageing. A fine mineral finish softens the wine.

The 2022 vintage Les Dessous des dentelles de la Croix des pins is powerful and concentrated in this great vintage. Scents of garrigue, a delicate blend of rosemary and juniper, accompany aromas of cherry, prune and laurel sauce. A magnificent pinot noir is this 2022 from Domaine Fournier in this very fine vintage. This red Burgundy has great substance, with notes of ripe red fruit and a lightly smoky touch that reflects its terroir. Great value for money!

The nose of Vignes Oubliées develops delicate notes of garrigue and pepper. The palate is fruity, with notes of cherry, sweet (very fine tannins) and spicy (pepper, garrigue). The finish is fresh, thanks to well-preserved acidity. A beautiful bottle of balance and refinement. To be discovered without delay!

The cuvée le Devens du domaine Hélène Bleuzen is a magnificent, very demonstrative Ventoux. The nose is intense, with notes of cherry spice, menthol and cocoa. The palate is dense and complex, with a fine tannic structure. A magnificent Ventoux to drink over 10 years

Terrimbo rouge is a magnificent organic wine from Collioure: elegant, powerful and racy, it's one of the great Collioure wines. Made from Syrah and Grenache grapes, it develops notes of black fruits and cocoa; it should be drunk over 7 to 10 years.

The cuvée Sous la Croix du Domaine les Capréoles comes from grapes just below the Croix Penet! This parcel is located on the most superficial granites. They give the wine great, noble power. Its potential is revealed by ageing in the finest barrels.

Domaine d'Aupilhac's Carignan is powerful, with aromas of black fruit, licorice and smoke. It always has a fresh finish. 2020 is one of the greatest vintages of recent years, superb, with great ageing potential.

Frescu from Domaine Vincenti is a superb wine from Crose. This light, fruity red wine develops on delicate aromas of red berries, its subtle spicy notes and thirst-quenching freshness. A 100% Sciaccarellu wine that's very charming and approachable. We love it!

The cuvée Les Beauvoirs from domaine Bonnigal-Bodet has a slender balance, with notes of yellow fruit and lightly toasted touches, a soft, long texture, resting on fine bitters on the finish.

La Souteronne from domaine Hervé Souhaut is a superb Gamay. An airy, natural wine, developing on notes of cherry, bramble, sweet licorice. On the palate, it's silky, fresh, limpid, more infused than full-bodied, endowed with singular intensity.

Hervé Souhaut's Syrah is a deep, intense yet digestible wine. This natural wine is aged in infusion, then slowly matured, often in old wood. Its granite terroir produces a fine, straightforward wine, with a juicy, fluid body. On the palate, it develops notes of fresh black fruits, violets and a touch of white pepper. A rare elegance!

In a very fine vintage, the cuvée domaine du Domaine Combier is another great success. The wine is powerful, racy, spicy, with notes of black fruit and pepper. Soft but voluminous on the palate. A great organic wine to accompany dishes in sauce or red meats, for example.

The Hautes Côtes de Beaune des Vignobles Ludovic Pierrot is a superb introduction to the estate's wines. The pinot is gourmand, fine and airy. An organic wine that pinotes and keeps a beautiful freshness and fine tannins!

The cuvée Sarah du domaine Giacometti is a superb organic red wine from Corsica. This wine has a powerful nose with notes of candied cherry, undergrowth and graphite. The palate is dense, resting on present but ripe tannins; long finish on red plum and reglisse.

Two parcels on the "Les Claveaux" locality with a terroir of white marl, known as "Oxfordian", one planted in 1995, the other in 2019 at high density and on a wide selection of quality Chardonnays. Les Claveaux from the domaine les Champs de l'abbaye is a superb Côtes Chalonnaise. The nose features notes of red fruit. The palate is greedy, fresh and well-balanced. Great value for money. Enjoy over 5 years.

La cuvée Rémus du Domaine de la Taille aux Loups possesses a lovely nose of white-fleshed fruit (peach, apricot) and flowers (acacia). The palate is taut, lively and elegant.
