The Cuvée Milord from Domaine Naba is a magnificent sweet Jurançon made from 100% Petit Manseng grapes. The nose develops aromas of white flowers and candied fruit; the palate is round, greedy, with a hint of acidity accompanied by long-lasting floral and citrus aromas.

In a superb 2023 vintage, château Yvonne has produced a superb cuvée La Folie. The wine is rich, with very intense fruit. As always with this cuvée, we recommend decanting 2 hours before tasting, or storing for 3 to 5 years in a temperature-stable, high-hygrometry cellar.

Here's a very pretty organic Lalande-de-Pomerol in a very sunny and powerful 2022 vintage. Château des Annereaux produces a wine with a fruity, harmonious attack. The elegant tannins are present but silky. The aromatic palette is marked by fruitiness and a restrained, mellow woodiness. Superb length. Elegance and balance rare in modern Bordeaux. We love this wine of character and elegance.

This white from Sancerre du Domaine du Pré Semelé is a charming, gourmet white. It has a thiolate nose, with notes of citrus and yellow fruit. The palate is full-bodied, mineral and fruity. A lovely, gourmet Sancerre!

Big crush on this Carignan rouge du domaine Richeaume. This magnificent organic gourmet wine develops on notes of prunes and Morello cherries. On the palate, it is suave and fruity, with mellow tannins and remarkable freshness.

The cuvée Les Tonnes Barils du domaine Bonnigal-Bodet is a superb chenin. An organic white wine that develops on notes of ripe fruit,a beautiful aromatic complexity from the ageing and an elegant bitterness on the finish.

K Libre du Clos de la Barthassade is a great 100% Carignan wine aged 24 months in barrique and concrete egg! Aunez, the wine develops kirsch, blackcurrant and leather notes. The palate is round, velvety and red-fruited. The finish is particularly fresh, thanks to the carignan's specific acidity. A great vintage for discovering this grape variety

Le Chant des Dolia rouge from Domaine La Croix Gratiot is an organic Languedoc that develops on notes of garrigue and red fruits. Superb fresh, slender finish.

Lais rouge du domaine Olivier Pithon was aged in concrete tanks. On the nose, this organic Roussillon wine is expressive with aromas of black fruits and spices. On the palate, it has a lovely silky texture resting on melted tannins.

Laïs Blanc is a great white wine from the domain Olivier Pithon. This wine seduces with its delicate nose of white flowers, citrus and white-fleshed fruit. On the palate, it is marked by fine mineral tension and a persistent saline finish. It goes perfectly with seafood, grilled fish and vegetable-based dishes.

Gorgeous Roussane from Languedoc, this Chant des Dolia blanc from Domaine La Croix Gratiot is a magnificent, pulpy, gourmet white with fruity flesh and perfect balance.

Les Cocalières rouge is a cuvée from Domaine d'Aupilhac which we particularly appreciate thanks to its great balance. Montpeyroux has a very southern feel, while Les Cocalières has that freshness and refinement that make it so charming. A magnificent cuvée in 2020 that will age for 10 years without any problem. Clef de sol de la Grange Tiphaine is a superb Montlouis. This organic Chenin has great cellaring potential. Mineral and slender, it develops on notes of citrus, yellow fruit and flint. A superb gourmet wine.

Copa Santa is a magnificent gourmet cuvée from Mas Clavel. The nose of this organic wine is full of red and black fruit, with hints of spice and fine oak. The palate is full-bodied, with powerful notes of ripe fruit and sweet spices. The whole rests on velvety tannins; long, bewitching mentholated finish.
