Les Ouvrées du Clos de la Barthassade is a wine for great ageing, to be drunk over 10 years! Made from 50% Syrah, this wine is aged for 20 months in demi-muids, barrels and concrete eggs. The nose is already open, with notes of black fruit, spices and a hint of menthol. The palate is full-bodied, long and complex, with diabolical balance. It develops on notes of black fruit, roasting and spices, finishing on balsamic notes. A magnificent cuvée that rivals the appellation's best. Magnificent!

Les Gravettes du Clos de la Barthassade is a superb Terrasses du Larzac, predominantly Grenache. Fruity and greedy, this organic wine with silky tannins develops on notes of black fruits, sweet spices. Drink over 5 to 7 years!

Agath the blues from Domaine de la Bonne Tonne is a lovely Régnié with notes of fruit, spice and reglisse. Nice freshness and intensity for this lovely cuvée.

Here's a very pretty organic Lalande-de-Pomerol in a very sunny and powerful 2022 vintage. Château des Annereaux produces a wine with a fruity, harmonious attack. The elegant tannins are present but silky. The aromatic palette is marked by fruitiness and a restrained, mellow woodiness. Superb length. Elegance and balance rare in modern Bordeaux. We love this wine of character and elegance.

Le Grand Vin Blanc du Château Cazebonne is a cuvée made from Sémillon and Sauvignon Blanc grapes, emblematic of the Graves region. This organic white wine is distinguished by its elegance, complexity and finesse. The grapes are harvested at perfect ripeness to capture all their freshness and aromatic richness. Chante Coucou 2022 from domaine Elian Da Ros is a sure bet in this vintage. The wine has a beautiful structure and develops on notes of red fruits, spices, licorice. Superb length. Cuvée Chante coucou is the estate's emblematic cuvée, the one that has made this estate one of the finest in the South-West.

The Mâcon-Fuissé du Clos des Rocs is the king of mâcons-village, little sister of Pouilly-Fuissé, it not only shares the same village name, it reassures by the remarkable quality of its terroirs.

Les Picasses 2022 is a superb Chinon produced by Château de Coulaine. It develops on fruity notes, a beautiful explosiveness and a lot of freshness . A superb Chinon.

La Part Davan de Camin Larredya is a gourmet wine characterized by volume and structure. The Costancia cuvée from la Ferme Saint-Martin is a great Beaume de Venise from the estate's highest plots. This organic wine has a typical Syrah nose, with notes of pepper, violets and spices. The palate is dense and fleshy, with good amplitude. One year's ageing in oak barrels adds a touch of finesse

The Pécharmant cuvée Abbaye from domaine de l'ancienne Cure is the estate's finest cuvée. The nose develops on toasty notes from the barrels and black fruits. The palate is complex, with notes of blackcurrant, strawberry, raspberry and cherry, plus a few hints of vanilla and toast. The body is silky, even if the wine has a fine tannic structure.

A Menetou-Salon rouge du domaine Philippe Gilbert very well-balanced, all elegance. This organic red wine reveals subtle aromas of red fruit, such as cherry and raspberry, mingled with lightly spicy notes and a touch of undergrowth. On the palate, Menetou-Salon Rouge is supple and elegant, with fine tannins and good length.
